Pie Junkie is a Calgary favourite. Their fillings are all made from scratch in small batches and are lovingly baked in their all butter pastry.
Frozen and ready to be baked for fresh, hot pie at home.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat over to 350F/175C. Place frozen pie onto a parchment-lined baking tray with the wooden ring on, and bake for 20 minutes. Rotate pie and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients: sour cherries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice, coarse sugar.
