About Nai Nai Mie
Nai Nai Mie (St.Albert, AB) was inspired by Catherine's childhood summers, spent slurping her grandma's homemade noodles in her noodle shop in the city of Medan, Indonesia. All of her noodles are handcrafted with the same family recipe, passed down for three generations.
There’s nothing like the rich flavour of wagyu beef and there’s nothing like our take on a classic black pepper beef noodle bowl. On a base of bouncy handmade noodles, our peppery, decadent wagyu beef sauce bursts with flavour and will satisfy noodle-lovers and meat-lovers alike.
Every Chunky Moo (AKA Waygu Black Pepper Beef) bowl comes complete with:
- Fresh Nai Nai Mie noodles made from scratch, delivered uncooked and frozen
- Black pepper wagyu beef sauce made using locally sourced, grain-fed beef
- Nai Nai Mie garlic oil
- Deep green bok choy veggies
- Crunchy toppings to add texture and take the flavour to another level
How to make your Nai Nai Mie noodle bowl
Cook noodles in enough water until the water is reboiled and noodles are cooked but still a little firm – al dente. Warm up the black pepper wagyu beef sauce and veggies in the microwave for a just few seconds (not too long). Once your noodles are cooked, drain the noodles and put in a bowl. Mix in the garlic oil and sauce thoroughly. Add the veggies and crunchies and you’re ready to enjoy your super yummy Chunky Moo noodle bowl.
