Luigi Tega’s EVO is a specially created 100% Italian olive oil created specifically for Catalia Foods, a local Calgary supplier. Made by blending Leccino and Provenzale Olives, Tega was able to create this delicious 100% Umbrian Product. Like all of his olive oils, it is created by naturally sourcing olives from his own land, and is created using traditional cold extraction methods.
A delicious and delicate olive oil, it is great for anything from light cooking to dressing and finishing off any dish. A fragrant oil, grassy notes of the orchard are brought in by the leccino olives while a slight peppery presence is delivered by the provenzale.
