ButterBlock is a small bakery hidden inside an old Heritage building called The Devenish on 17th Avenue in Calgary, Alberta. They create delicious pastries from laminated dough inspired by their travels, their past experiences and sometimes even their followers!
These Rosemary Ham & Cheese Croissants are a local favourite. Yum!
