Are you delivering outside of Calgary?
Yes! In the Calgary area, we deliver to Airdrie, Chestermere, and Okotoks.
If you are interested in ordering to a location outside Calgary, please email us at email@example.com and let us know.
When do you deliver?
When you checkout, you'll see the available delivery dates and times based on your location. We're delivering Tuesday - Friday in Calgary, Airdrie, and Chestermere; Tuesdays in Okotoks. If you don't see an open date when you checkout, that date has either already been fully booked for the week or the order cutoff has passed for that day.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! You can pickup your grocery order from AlbertaGrocery.ca, located in the Southcentre Office Tower at #110, 11012 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary. Pickup is available Tuesday - Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
Where are your products from?
When the COVID crisis started, our local partners had a surplus of products that were intended to support local businesses, like restaurants, which, due to temporary closures, were now available. We've since also partnered with some amazing local businesses who's operations were and are still limited by the crisis, to deliver their products directly to your door.
We love supporting both local businesses and our customers with home grocery delivery.
Is there a minimum amount I need to order?
There is a minimum order value of $40.00.
What is the delivery fee?
We offer free delivery for orders over $75 and a $10 delivery fee for any orders under $75.
What is the pickup fee?
There is no additional charge for pickup orders.
If I order today, when is the earliest I can receive my order?
For delivery, we need a full day to get your order fulfilled. Place your order for delivery anytime between Saturday - Monday and receive it Wednesday, Tuesday and receive it Thursday, Wednesday and receive it Friday.
Next-day pickup is available Monday - Thursday. All orders placed Friday - Sunday can be picked up the following Tuesday.
Can I change my order after I've submitted it?
We're happy to help! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days before your order delivery date and we'll happily adjust your order.
Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
Yes, no problem, as long as you cancel 2 days before your delivery date. Simply click on the cancel link in your email confirmation and you will receive a refund automatically.
How long can I leave my order at my front door?
We ask that you pick up your order as soon as possible after delivery as the container itself is not insulated.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
