About Nai Nai Mie
Nai Nai Mie (St. Albert, AB) was inspired by Catherine's childhood summers, spent slurping her grandma's homemade noodles in her noodle shop in the city of Medan, Indonesia. All of her noodles are handcrafted with the same family recipe, passed down for three generations.
There’s something magical that happens when you combine chicken and noodles. Nai Nai Mie combined their delicious bouncy noodles, with a hearty and equally delicious mushroom chicken sauce and it’s the closest thing you’ll get to a hug in a bowl.
Every Chicks on Shrooms (AKA Chicken & Mushroom) bowl comes complete with:

How to make your Nai Nai Mie noodle bowl
Cook noodles in boiling water until noodles are still a little firm – al dente. Warm up the mushroom chicken sauce and veggies in the microwave for a just few seconds (not too long). Once your noodles are cooked, drain the noodles and put them in a bowl. Mix in the garlic oil and sauce thoroughly. Add the veggies and crunchies and you’re ready to enjoy your super yummy Chicks on Shrooms bowl.
