Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

Sweet, spicy, and crispy! These amazing grilled wings are sure to be a family favourite.

 

What You’ll Need:

For The Wings:

 1.5 kg Chicken Wings

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Oil

3 Tablespoons Green Onion (chopped)

 

For The Glaze:

 1 Tablespoon Oil

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

1 Teaspoon Ginger

5 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce

1 Tablespoons Honey

1 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1 Tablespoon Siracha

  

The How To:

 

  1. The Wings - Pre heat your grill to medium heat. Season your Chicken Wings with salt, pepper, and toss with Oil to very lightly coat.

 

  1. The Glaze - In a small bowl combine all ingredient for the glaze and whisk together until thoroughly combined.

 

  1. Grill It - Place your chicken wings on the pre heated grill, lower heat to medium low. Cover and grill for 8-10 minutes, turn once halfway through.

 

  1. Finish It Up - Brush your glaze on the wings and grill for another 5-6 minutes, turn halfway through and brush on more glaze. Once cooked (internal temperature of 160-165F) Transfer wings to a platter, brush on extra glaze. Garnish with green onion.
