Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs
Bored with your regular Devilled Eggs, try out this new twist on a classic recipe. A dish sure to impress!
What You’ll Need:
6 Eggs (Hardboiled)
4-5 slices of Bacon
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Mayo
1 Teaspoon of White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
The How To:
- The Bacon – Cut your Bacon into small pieces, and fry in a pan until crispy. Once cooled crumble your crispy Bacon into bits. (Optional: Put aside a couple of larger pieces for garnish)
- The Eggs - Slice your 6 hardboiled Eggs lengthwise, scoop out the yolks into a large bowl. Arrange your egg white halves on a plate.
- The Yolk – In the bowl with your yolks, mix together: mayo, Maple Syrup, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, crumbled Bacon, add salt and pepper to taste. (Optional: Add 2 teaspoons of sriracha for a kick) Mix well until smooth and combined.
- Plate it up – Pipe or spoon your yolk mixture into the egg white halves, garnish with paprika (option: garnish with bacon) Serve and enjoy!
