Honey Mustard Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Not your usual Brussel Sprouts, enjoy these mouth-watering sprouts. The sweetness of the honey in this dish is well balanced out by the by the bitterness of the Dijon mustard. Dish to impress!
What You’ll Need:

1 Pound of Brussel Sprouts (sliced in half)

4-5 Slices of Bacon

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

1/2 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon of Honey

Salt and Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder


The How To:

  1. The Bacon: Fry Bacon in a pan until crispy (leave bacon grease in pan), set aside to drain on a paper towel.
  1. The Sauce: In a small bowl mix Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Honey, garlic powder and salt and pepper together. Add of Olive Oil mixture to pan with bacon grease and increase heat to medium-high. 
  1. The Brussel Sprouts: Place of Brussel sprouts face down in the pan in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes, flip and repeat until browned.
  1. Finish It Up: Slice Bacon and add to the pan. Serve Warm!
