Cheezy Baked Garlic Asparagus
Cheezy garlicy goodness. You’ll be sure to enjoy this take on baked asparagus, the best side dish.
What You’ll Need:
1 Pound of Asparagus
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup Roasted Garlic Havarti (shredded)
1/4 Cup Parmesan (shredded)
The How To:
- The Asparagus: Prep your Asparagus by cutting off the woody end parts. Coat your Asparagus in Olive Oil. Evenly spread Asparagus out on a sheet pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake It: Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, or just until your Asparagus is tender.
- The Cheese: Sprinkle your shredded Roasted Garlic Havarti and Parmesan cheese on top of your asparagus. Bake for an extra two minutes, broil until golden brown on top.
- Serve and Enjoy: (Optional: squeeze fresh lemon juice on top to serve)
