PIE JUNKIE

Pie Junkie is making sweet and savoury pies...better than your grandma used to make!

All of their sweet pie fillings are made from scratch in small batches and placed into their signature all-butter pastry.  They change their selection of flavours with the seasons, and also with what's available to source close-to-home.

Their savoury pie fillings re also made from scratch, using Alberta beef, pork, and lamb that's cut, ground, and chopped in-house.  Want to know the best way to reheat their savoury pies?  Follow these instructions:

We recommend the “low and slow” reheat method for the perfect pie every time.  Place your pies on a cookie sheet in your cold oven and set the oven to 300 degrees.  When your oven reaches temperature, look for a puddle of butter under your pies.  If your pie is not yet sweating butter from the crust, close the oven for a few more minutes.  You have a perfectly warmed pie without overcooking.  It’s as easy as pie!  (And yes, they freeze beautifully.)
